We use specialty pears, pear jam and pear compote from Nanbu Town, and cheesecake from the popular baked confectionery shop Hazuki. Accented with caramel nuts and sauce♪ By using yogurt sauce and black tea jelly, it is not too sweet and has a refreshing texture that allows you to enjoy seasonal flavors.

1st layer: Pear, Shine Muscat

2nd layer: pear jam, ice cream

Third layer: pear compote, caramel sauce and caramel nuts

4th Layer: Hazuki Cheesecake, Pear Jelly, Yogurt Sauce, Shine Muscat

5th layer: black tea jelly
