Anyone born in Yonago must have climbed the ruins of Yonago Castle at least once. Known as Shiroyama by the locals, it is a precious place where you can overlook the beautiful scenery of the city where you live and the surrounding scenery. It is a parfait that imagines the scene when you set foot in Shiroyama. Gateau chocolate cut into blocks, vanilla ice cream, strawberry ice cream, and matcha ice cream are topped on the five layers. Our coffee jelly is made from our own coffee. In addition, chiffon, cheese cream, matcha mousse, and gateau chocolate are all homemade.
