We use plenty of ripened sweet potatoes and strawberries from Silk Farm in western Tottori prefecture. Based on the "historic stone walls and moat of Yonago Castle" made with our popular churrasque and matcha tea from a long-established Nagata teahouse, we have expressed the atmosphere of a summer festival.
1st layer:seasonal fruits, premium ice cream,sweet potato chips
2nd layer: Strawberry diced, panna cotta
Second layer: Aged Beniharu Mont Blanc
3rd layer: Aged Beniharu Montblanc
4th layer: Golden original shoe rusk
5th layer: Matcha jelly
