We offer 475 parfait for summer only at Kaike Beach in the middle of San'in. The 5-layered structure, which is reminiscent of Yonago Castle, features refreshing blue cider, fruits such as 20th century pear syrup representing Tottori prefecture, and cool vanilla ice cream. Please come and have a memory of everyone!
1st layer: Cut fruit & Yonago castle monaka

3rd layer: fruit granola & whipped cream

5th layer: blue sea cider
