Mt. Daisen's

Summer Sake

In June, when the temperature gradually rises, I just want to drink beer and highball, but it tastes good.

It's also a good way to enjoy the crispy, chilled "summer sake" that feels good in your throat and can be drunk lightly.

TakaIsamu JunGin Ryo (Rakansea) 720ml
tax included
1,760 yen

It is a sake brewed using a yeast called Lacansea isolated from the leaves of Quercus crispula in Oyama.

Lacansea yeast is characterized by producing lactic acid at the same time as alcohol during fermentation, and the slight acidity in the taste of sake gives a refreshing impression.
