Blessing of Daisen

At the foot of the national park Daisen, at an altitude of 300m, we use high-quality underground water to prepare beer. A large number of seasonal beers unique to that period are on sale, including four standard beers (Pilsner, Pale Ale, Weizen, Stout). He has received many awards, including the world's best award for the flagship "Weizen".

The best beer sommelier

Hideki Iwata, who is in charge of brewing Daisen G Beer, has acquired the highest peak "Master Brewing Evaluator" among beer tasters (beer sommeliers).
Beer tasters are qualifications certified by the Japan Craft Beer Association, and currently there are about 3,000 people nationwide, of which only about 40 are "Master Brewing Evaluators." Mr. Iwata is the only one in Sanin.
