Blessing of Daisen

Kume Sakura Sake Brewery is one of the best breweries in Tottori prefecture, which was founded in 1856. In 1985, the brewery was relocated to the foot of Mt. Daisen. In an environment surrounded by the bosom of Daisen, we have inherited the traditional sake brewing. Maruyama district, Hoki-cho, at the foot of Mt. Daisen. "Kume Sakura Sake Brewery / Daisen Brewery" is located in a great location with delicious rice and water.

Best environment

The water used by Daisen Brewery for sake brewing is "Jizo Taki no Izumi" near the brewery. It is one of the largest spring points in Daisen, and it is a very clean water that has been selected as one of the "100 Famous Waters of Tottori Prefecture".

In addition, the paddy field called "Ohara Sencho" near the brewery is a production center for branded rice. The brewery in the wilderness is full of clear air, and the conditions for brewing good quality sake are in place.
